We have gone twice now and both time food was average and the service was poor. The staff is not trained well. First time we went for breakfast and the oatmeal was cold and like scooping out ice cream - then I couldn’t eat it and they didn’t offer any comp. I ordered the spicy egg and the egg was not cooked all the way and again not offered any compensation. Went there for dinner with a friend hoping maybe the experience would be different and our food again average. I got the pesto chicken bow tie and the chicken was dry and stringy and the pesto was a great flavor but the texture was very gritty. I love the atmosphere of this place and have enjoyed some of the pastries they have but it doesn’t compare to the one I ate at in Dallas. The staff is just not really that friendly.
