All the equipment is outdated a day pass where I didn’t pay my monthly membership and they wouldn’t just let me slide for the one day I’ve seen people walk in for free and not even pay right in front of them very rude young skinny girl up front hate this gym mostly thugs that sneak in after hours usually don’t have a problem with Gyms but this one has really been on the bad side for me
45 dollars a month is crazy for this gym I asked them before I made a membership if they had a sauna they replied kindly yes we do turned out the sauna doesn’t work blows cold steam and takes 3 hours to be ready again cold steam I see thug like people wait for someone to walk out and Sneak in this is happened dozens of times wood creek is 10 times better this placed is dirty I’ve seen the cleaning people do a terrible job not to complain this Review desperately needed to be done

My wife and I signed up for your Silver Sneakers program a few weeks ago. They gave us a card at that time for one of your trainers and told us to call and make an appointment for her to show us around, recommend the equipment that we would need to use for what we were wanting, and show us how to use the equipment. We called this person and left a message, but we never received a call back. We came in yesterday to see if someone would help us and were told that the trainer that we had already contacted would be the best one to help us. The person at the desk looked at her schedule and told us to come back the following day at 9:30 that she had a class scheduled from 8:30-9:30 and could then help us. I asked if they would leave her a message to let her know that we would be there, and one was written. When we came back, however, she was not there. Evidently she went out of town and had a substitute do her class. Seems to be a lack of communication between employees. No one else even offered to help us out nor seemed to care. How hard would it have been for someone else to show us around and say, "this would be a good machine to strengthen your legs, and this one is good for arm strength?" This was our third trip to your facility and it will be the last.
